According to our values, we are building a company based on relaxed, honest and straightforward sports sales and marketing, coaching and management. Although Alakas Consulting is focused on top-level athletes, our service portfolio also includes help for companies and personal fitness coaching.
Alakas Consulting is part of Alakas Oy, which was founded in 2016.
FOUNDER
Onur Alakas is the founder of Alakas Consulting, a sports influencer and visionary. Sports and exercise have been a part of his life since birth. At a very early age, Onur became enthusiastic about baseball and practiced hard as a young man, perhaps without thinking about nutrition, rest and diverse training. Now as an adult, he has corrected these things and is in the best shape of his life. In addition to baseball, his sports experience has also included baseball, football, ice hockey, ringette, sprinting and fencing.

SPORTS EDUCATION:
Our staff has Professional Degree in Physical Education and Coaching and a Personal Trainer certificate from Varala Sports Institute, Ringette level 1 and 2 coach certificates from Kisakallio Sports Institute, as well as Sports Management Worldwide certificates in sports management and ice hockey GM & Scouting courses from the USA.
We are members of the Finnish Coaches Association and the Finnish Sports Managers Association.
